Coiltek DD Pro
Searchcoils
As you might
already know, the DD PRO coils have increased the magnetic field
generating from the coil which gives better depth and sensitivity.
They use more power to generate this which does cause the detector to
use more power from the battery. Coiltek recommend a regulated power
system to greatly increase the users performance with this coil.
Whether this is the 7.3volt system for the SD series or the 6.7 volt
for the GP's, you will have more confidence that the unit can run for
a longer period of time with the DD PRO series. On a GP3000 this coil is almost as
sensitive as a mono but will give greater depth on most ground without
the noise and other problems of a mono. Here in the U.S. this coil has
been dubbed the Wallaby and is causing quite a stir amongst the
prospectors who up to now have been These coils are replacing the
conventional Coiltek DD's, and will be in the round 11, 14, 18, 24 and
Joey (5x10) and Wallaby (11x17) inch sizes.

+ Shipping Being 17" long these coils cover a huge area of ground with every sweep, and the more ground you can cover in a day the more likely you will find gold. They are very sensitive to even tiny nuggets of less then one tenth of a gram while having the ability to find larger nuggets at depth. They remain very stable even on highly mineralized ground and are very resistant to false signals when knocked against rocks and other obstacles. Combine one of these superb new coils with the incredible GP3000 and you have a winning combination. I'm personally testing this coil as we speak, and the results are mind-boggling!
